Floors and Rooms
Ground Floor : Accessed from the living area or pool garden, the ground floor has a small sitting area, twin bedroom and a separate shower room – ideal for grandparents wishing to have a little peace and privacy or maybe teenagers looking for some independence.
First Floor : Steps lead up to the main entrance on the first floor. The living area is open plan, with tiled flooring, pillars and pale walls giving it a light and airy feel. The modern, fitted kitchen is situated at one end and the living area with sofas, satellite TV (limited channels) and DVD player at the other. Wide sliding doors open in the centre to a furnished covered terrace with views over a mandarin orchard to the sea. The terrace has a ceiling fan to keep things cool – a great place for leisurely family meals shaded from the heat of the sun. There is an open, curved, wooden staircase leading to the three second floor bedrooms - care with young children needed.
Second Floor : An open, curved staircase leads from the living room to the three second floor bedrooms, each with access to a large balcony with sea views. The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite shower room, whilst the other two rooms are furnished with twin beds and share a separate bathroom and guest WC.
